Note: Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of 17870, a charge of $25.00 will be assessed for parties outside of this area up to 40 miles.
Tent parties are set-up in your home, or at the location of your choice. Please note that the tents can only be set-up indoors and away from pets and smoke.

Yes, prior to delivery and set-up, we ask that the party space be clean and clear. We are unfortunately unable to move furniture at set-up. Additional fees may apply for extended set-up periods due to the room not being ready when we arrive.
In addition, we ask that you keep pets out of the tent area from set-up to pickup. The event space must be free of smoke.
Each tent set-up measures approximately 40"W X 75"L. Ample space is needed to set-up each tent and allow for walking space in front of and between tents. We will discuss space requirements at the time of booking.
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is due at the time of booking.
In addition, we charge a $100.00 refundable damage deposit. This is separate charge from the party price and will be refunded after pick-up and assessment of party items.
The party balance + damage deposit is due 7 days prior to your party date. If payment is not received at this time, your booking will be cancelled.
We accept debit and credit cards for payment. An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail.
Payment Example:
4 tent party- $275.00+ tax= $291.50
Due at booking: $50.00
Due 7 days prior to the event: $341.50 ( $291.50+ $100.00 damage deposit- $50.00 deposit)
If there is no damage to rental items, the $100.00 deposit will be returned to you.

Parties cancelled more than 30 days in advance may apply the non-refundable deposit to another date within 6 months of the original date.
Parties cancelled less than 30 days in advance but more than 7 days prior will forfeit their non- refundable deposit.
Parties cancelled less than 7 days in advance, after final payment has been made ,will not be refunded, but may apply 75% of the fee to another date within 6 months of the original date.
The package price covers the standard rental period as outlined below:
Set-up: 4:30pm (set-up takes 1.5-2 hours)
Tear-down: 11:00am (tear down takes 30-45 mins)
Note- these times may very based on package size and schedule of the client and/or Style my Sleepover staff, but will be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
No. We are a party rental company so we will deliver, set-up and style your party, then return the next day for pick-up.
